All returns must be shipped back to Wheel Accessories USA PREPAID at the senders’ expense within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must be in original packaging with bar codes accompanied with a copy of the invoice. Please write the reason for the return on your invoice.
If product is determine by Wheel Accessories USA to be shipped in error or defective original freight charges may be credited and order will be reshipped at no additional charge.
Parts sold as “custom”, “closeout”, or “discontinued”, are not eligible for return. All sales for such products are final.
All credits will be issued in the original form of payment less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Sorry, but we cannot process any exchanges by mail.

All returns will require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form and the original order number must be clearly written on the RMA and on the outside of the shipping package. Please write the reason for the return on the RMA Form.
Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton.
Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton, writing on the product packaging could result in the refusal of your return.
Packages received without a Return Authorization Form and the Order Number written on the outer carton will be refused credit and the package returned to sender. Returnable items must be received by Wheel Accessories USA within 30 days of the product being received by you the customer (determined by Tracking information). Returned product must be in new, resalable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, hardware, parts, cables, manuals, etc. Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 15% may be assessed. Original order shipping charges will not be refunded unless incorrect product was shipped by Wheel Accessories USA in error.

Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:
- Product has been installed and/or used.
- Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used.
- Product is shipped back without original box or product packaging, manuals/instructions and/or parts.
