What if the logo on my wheel is different than the one in the picture?
The logo on my wheel is different than the one in the picture. Some wheels are sold with a variety of different logos, if you do not see your logo listed as an option please e-mail us at sales@wheelacc.com and we will verify that the logo you are requesting is available. In some cases we will are able to provide you four new logos to achieve a matching set.

Do the caps come with the screws to attach them?
The screws which hold the cap to the wheel are included when you purchase a cap unless otherwise noted in the comments section. Please note that your installer may have used cap locks instead of the factory cap screw/bolt. We provide only the factory hardware with the cap, you may purchase cap locks separately.

How do I know if an item is In stock?
Unlike many other websites, we only sell items that are phsically in stock in OUR warehouse and available for immediate shipment. To check whether an item is in stock, simply add the quantity you would like to purchase to your cart and you will receive an error if the quantity you are adding exceeds the quantity in stock. Items that are added to your cart are available for immediate shipment. If the item your are looking for is not in stock click the “Notify Me Upon Availability” bar near the item part number. An e-mail will be sent to you if the item becomes available.

How do I know if I am ordering the correct cap?
Many people think that center caps are “universal fit” but this is definetley not true. One wheel can have over 30 different center caps. The easiest way to find your correct cap is if you have a cap still on one of your wheels. Remove it and write down the numbers/letters on the back of the cap. A paper sticker on the back of the cap is often the actual part number, try typing this into the search bar on the home page of the web site first. If you are not able to locate the center cap by part number, find your wheel by first selecting the brand, then click on the picture of your wheel. You will then see a list of possible center caps. Remeber just because the cap looks like yours does not mean it is correct, pay attention to the sizes and specifications for each option. If you have any questions at all just e-mail us at sales@wheelacc.com, make sure to include the year make and model of your vehicle.

Installation and Maintenaince Tips?
If your center cap installation involves removing your wheel(s) this should be done by a tire/wheel installation facility. Wheels must be properly torqued when re-installed. If you’re cener caps snap onto the wheel and you have had problems with the caps coming off try using clear silicone adhesive around the outside of the tabs on the center cap. For caps that attach with a cap screw(s) the most common problem is over torquing the screw which breaks the cap. Tighten just until the screw head meets the cap surface.

The easiest way to maintain a wheel and center cap is to keep the wheels and caps clean and then protect with wax. We do not recommend wax on Matte or Satin finish wheels. For all other finishes including clear coated wheels, polished wheels and chrome plated or PVD wheels products such as our Wheel Wax work great.
